Do you mean the pocket dimension? Clicking on the icon that brought you into the pocket dimension should bring you back into the main dungeon. ETA: But if you stumbled through the portal to a wizard land floor, those floors work similarly to mysterious portal floors as in you need to find the exit portal to leave.
