Could you spoil it? Because I thought they were extremely hard to find. I guess wizards would have them...but where are the wizards to steel their sleeves from?
Or are you making a reference to the Urban Dictionary?

I'm being silly and using the slang meaning ;)
Realistically I've only ever found them in shops or as rewards for quests.

(I was going to say I'm sure that if you start with a female character you are guaranteed to find one. :D)

Ah. Okay. I hope I find one too. That jacket is nice.

Do enough quests, and you have a better chance of finding them. I got ones with an awesome enchantment once, for all the good that did. ;)

Which reminds me of a weird bug -- equipment that is always artifactual (e.g. Flail of Pleiades, Emerald Amulet) will have no extra bonuses when bought from stores, but does get bonuses when crafted or of course when given as a reward. So in the case of the Pleiades flail, for example, the storebought ones only have the base stats shown on this page, while crafted/awarded ones get an extensive set of random extra bonuses. The Emerald Amulet will always have no stat modifiers when found in stores, which is particularly pointless.

Um, I've seen artifacts in stores, one of which had to be the Emerald Amulet based on the amount of stars in it's quality.
That said, yes, the game is a bit annoying with how it does that.
