I recently noticed that the "Save and Continue" button doesn't respond if I click it to the right of the second "N" in "Continue". Additionally, sometimes If I click toward the left side of the button it saves and quits instead. I think that the controls to put skills on your skill belt may be similarly misaligned with their icons, but I'm not 100% sure of that like I am with this. I'm running the game in windowed mode in Windows 7 64 bit.
Having this issue as well. Clicking on the left half of the "Save & Continue" button triggers the "Save & Quit" action.
