Using the Ley Line Siphoning ability then saving the game using the "Save & Continue" button seems to negate the mana regeneration, but the buff tile will still be displayed and count down as if it were working normally. Unsure of whether autosave works the same way, or if loading while Ley Line Siphoning is active will break it. Running version from Steam for Linux 64-bit.
