What's the sickest item you've seen drop?

It was on my first serious foray into the dungeon. I had about 80000 gold by the time I hit the frozen level, because I don't use vendors or shops. 'course, then I died on permadeath, so.

 

I found these three weapons in a Dwarven Express Post (room with 3 evil chests) on dlvl 10 (vanilla):



Good thing I'm playing a dual-wielding axe warrior, pretty sizable upgrade over my previous weapons (15 & 23 damage).

edit: didn't even get to use them on Dredmor, he died off screen while I was eating a deep omelette. :/
